Our company was founded in 1979 as a software development and services firm working predominately with IBM Midrange hardware and software and participating in various IBM Business Partner Programs. Although founded in Michigan, our growth quickly took us into Ohio and other Midwestern States.
Our initial success began with an accounting software package for the IBM System 36 and AS/400. This package was developed and marketed on a regional basis. With the increasing popularity of the IBM AS/400, now known as the iSeries, we shifted focus to one segment of our software package, Payroll and Human Resources.
Our first commercial version of Human Resources/IV provided functionality in the areas of Payroll Administration, Benefit Administration, Personnel Administration and Position Management. In subsequent releases, it now includes Health and Safety Administration, Applicant Tracking and most recently, federal health care compliance and reporting. We continue to enhance the features and functionality of Human Resources/IV to strive to make it a premiere offering in today’s market. Human Resources IV is currently marketed across the United States to a variety of vertical industries and is also the core product used by our payroll services clients.
